    🔹 Tingvard’s Eternl v2 finding sends a clear signal: Self-admin is not automatically unconstitutional. But if the recipient controls the funds, monitors itself, and verifies its own delivery, that is not real accountability. 🔹 Treasury proposals need meaningful safeguards: milestones, escrow, independent review, or external delivery checks. @tingvard good stewards:-)
