- Step 2: Team-linked wallets move $1.7M worth of $BILL to exchanges mid-May.
50M+ tokens deposited. Price starts bleeding.

- Step 3: Pivot the narrative. Yesterday it was "Web3 identity and human verification." Today it's "agentic payments and AI agent infrastructure." New pitch. Same selling.

- Step 4: Shut down Discord. Call it a "transition." Tell the community you're "reassessing where to focus time, resources, and community efforts."

- Step 5: Down 84% from ATH in 5 weeks.

I've seen this sequence before. Different token, different pitch deck, same five steps.

The project is still publishing blog posts. The website is still live.

None of that matters when the community channel goes dark.
